What a pain exams can be (1)

Exams...ugh!

All of us have gone through the agony of preparing for an important exam. Unfortunately, this is a part of our academic life and it is fraught with fear and frustration let alone feeling totally alone and sometimes, doubting our own abilities.

The most important thing to do before an exam is to look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself..I can do this.

Do this several times for several days and feel your confidence growing. Getting rid of fear is your first step of sending your brain that important signal that you have full confidence that your thinking mechanism will not let you down.

Along with that, some solid strategies under your belt and faith in yourself and your abilities, fear will melt away and you will be surprised how well you will really do.
